1. Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement

The GrillSeeker app ("Licensed Application") made available through the Apple App Store is licensed, not sold, to you. Your licence to the Licensed Application is subject to your prior acceptance of this agreement.

2. Scope of Licence

SG Mobile Designs ("Licensor") grants you a non-transferable licence to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

• You may not distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
• You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Licensed Application.
• You may not copy, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application.

3. User-Generated Content

By submitting content to GrillSeeker — including BBQ suggestions, photos, reviews, and check-ins — you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.

4. Subscriptions

GrillSeeker offers optional in-app subscription purchases ("GrillSeeker Pro") that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Location Services

GrillSeeker uses your device's location to show nearby BBQ locations. Location data is used solely to provide this functionality and is not sold to third parties. You may disable location services at any time through your device settings, though this will limit the app's functionality.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of BBQ location data, including but not limited to:

• The availability or condition of listed BBQ facilities
• The accuracy of location coordinates or descriptions
• The safety or suitability of any listed location

You use the Service and visit any listed locations at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SG Mobile Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

This licence is effective until terminated by you or SG Mobile Designs. Your rights under this licence will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Licensed Application and destroy all copies.

9. Third-Party Services

The Licensed Application may use third-party services including Firebase (Google), RevenueCat, Google AdMob, and OpenAI. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
